Turns out, Company contracted to be in charge of printers is making the fix job cheaper by not sending the tech to do it. Apparently, they're sending the part and talking me through doing it tomorrow. Or so they think. I'll be long gone before the part arrives and their "experts" wake up and call me. If it ever does arrive.
This is "hell week" when all the monthly sales and promos change over, I'm already 25 hours in after two days, I have 15 left. My labor isn't going to be as cheap as they think if they expect me to hang around waiting for the part and instruction.....
