All the Zojirushi products I have gotten have been quality. This
travel mug is one of them. It never leaks, it keeps stuff hot for a long time, the opener is sturdy, and you can lock it shut to make sure you don't pour coffee on your stuff. I use the 20oz, and it is a big tall thing, but I guess that's so the vacuum insulation can keep everything as hot as possible. It works.
