it's really not as bad as you're imagining, but you need to like the taste of old bay.
1 shredded zucchini - smallish
1 egg
salt, pepper, old bay to taste
bread crumbs
Mash it all together - like you're making salmon or crab cakes.
Brush with melted butter, broil for 4 minutes.
