I'll take the four tens. At our place, some people do weird stuff like three twelves and a four. There are off-shift bonuses, so some people are motivated to do that.

No. Some people say there is a form of folic acid that may help the neuropathy, but I eat a royal tonne of romaine all the time, so I like to just imagine I am covered.
