That's not what I see.
I see a significant segment of the population well-domesticated and trained. There's no individual or collective initiative (cuz if there were most of them wouldn't be on the dole). They vote only to keep the scraps comin' in, not cuz any of them have an interest in 'America'.
They've been encouraged to breed and sit ('cept when it's time to vote, then it's all 'get thyself to the polls!').
And: no, that ain't ain't racist...whole whack of whites are domesticated and trained too.
