Shoulders must be tougher to shoot than knees. The first cortisone shots were amazing, they let me get a lot of delayed projects done, however when they wore off in about 7 weeks it was obvious I'd done more damage as they were bone on bone to begin with. The second set 6 months from the first, were not as effective but helped.
