Wish they could cover sealed ponds with shade roofs so the water can last twice as long. Be nice if they could put two pools, the mud one from run off of the drinking ones so the drinking one doesn't get fouled.
I think it might be better if Mwalua could buy a drilling rig and put in solar well pumps to keep a small covered pond wet. Then he could just drive around to check that things are fine.
