are the 80K miles that you call "actual" reflected accurately on the odometer?

You say it drives perfectly.
Does everything else work, too? ie. is the A/C still cold?
how are the brakes?
what condition are the tires in?
is inspection current?
what color paint/top/interior?
automatic transmission?
