I'm down today. I should have seen it coming really - I sort of did. I rode the wave of feeling upbeat and borderline excited (over nothing)mind racing for a couple of weeks, and that always crashes eventually.
I'll be okay - but my mind wants to get tangled up in unhelpful mental knots and wander into memories. Feeling a bit disconnected.
