I don't know about concealed. But, my federal probation officer said black powder weapons are OK for me to 'carry' and possess. If concealed, it may qualify as a 'concealed deadly weapon', like a knife in a belt sheath under you shirt-tail. The knife itself may be legal, concealing it will get you a room at the Graybar Hilton.

As a side note, I live in Kentucky. Here, if you are not a felon, you can carry a pistol on your hip (as long as it's not concealed) with no license or permit required. Called 'Open Carry', I believe.
