I was in our local Gas -n- Sip this morning getting coffee and as I was leaving a young kid on his way to Jr. high school held the door open for me. I said "Thanks." and he replied, "Oh, No doubt, buddy." Very friendly and sincere, as though he were genuinely happy to be of help.
