Those are the dog's noises Lola! Since Boston Terriers have the bulldoggy "smoosh-face" nose, they make a lot of nasal snorfing noises. This dog is definitely enjoying it and is in a part play mode. when he does the "pawing" action at 1:06 he is signalling that please please please he wants more.
