nah i say "YEEEEHHHHAAWWWW !!!" when i lose an engine on take off

nah roommate is hoping we only have to replace the molding and a little bit of a 2x4. nah not gonna happen. sink/cabinets have to come out and replace the wall IMO. the base 2x4 that the wall sits on is what's rotten. then again this is on the second floor. so what else is rotten?
