The spinning I will feel saddle sore, i'm sure, but I bike (or used to before it was stolen) so i don't imagine I'll feel much there. the Zumba, though -time will tell....... most probably i'll feel tender from the Spa -those jets were very powerful!
Figure skating tomorow, I hope my knees and ankles aren't too stiff.
