If she doesn't have a mental illness (she could easily have one), she is one disturbed human being.

The problem is what happens if she actually does have a mental illness? You could treat her but she won't be able to teach for obvious reasons and she could never get a respectable job again. A big problem with society, we tend to ostracize ones that we have no understanding of.
