Obi (Yoda is a f-ing puppet). Tie fighter (pod racer is unarmed. Well, usually). Vader (not even close). Chewbacca (I prefer someone who will watch my back, not put a knife in it). Han (come ON). Neither, but Amidala is better looking. Mortal insult. Wookies (because the other choices suck), Empire Strikes Back.

And YES. Lucas has one last chance to redeem himself. Whatever Episode II's flaws, the depiction of the political maneuvering was great, so I know he's still got something left. Episode III must depict the fall of Anikan Skywalker (and the creation of Vader), and it must do it well. We must see it coming, watch as the traps are laid, and watch him, with the best of intentions (and the best of advice from Obi-Wan) walk right into them. Just as Luke started to do.

Lucas won't do it, of course; he'll screw it up. I've heard he's going to cop out entirely and end before the creation of Vader.
