Cooked up a
big pot of chili yesterday (froze half for later). That was todays' lunch.
I'm quite pleased with myself. This is the second time I've tried this recipe. The original came from an online site, but I doctored it up a bit according to my own tastes, and both times it turned out GREAT. (So says me
and my handyman/tenant dude.)
I may learn how to cook, yet!
