Correct again. Color me unsurprised. I will send you a bottle, but please be aware that the recipes all say that it's 6 months minimum before it's sufficiently ripe, and that maturing for a year greatly improves it. Which, honestly, is just too damn far over the time horizon to be a useful part of the feedback loop for me. For me. Here's the recipe I'm using,
