If you would only recognize that life is hard, things would be so much easier for you.

I read your sig line and take it to heart. Life ain't always easy. So we have to focus on the good as best we can, and revel in those things.

I need to:

1) Decide what I want to be when I grow up
2) Not isolate
3) Not catastrophize
4) Remember that I am loved
5) Keep being me: even when the intensity of certain aspects of me scares some people.
