Though really, their ambitions of better fighting through organic chemistry may have vaulted too high again... it seems to me it'd be physiologically simpler just to make them so horny they can't keep their hands on their weapons -- their government's issue weapons that is...

I'm arguing that the guy who's wanking 'til he drops from exhaustion is about as tactically out of it as anyone engaged in a more complex violation of Article 125 of the UCMJ.
