As if the Republicans who most wanted it and pushed for it are now somehow innocent? Same Republicans who also needed Writ of Habeas Corpus to be suspended to conduct further (once illegal) activities all in the name of Fatherland Security (Zieg Heil). Sorry. Could not help myself.
