Actually any "ED" product. Viva Viagra. Ew. My kids do not need to see this shit during normal TV viewing hours.

Other commercials that annoy me are those computer-animated ones like "The General" (car insurance) etc. or there's another with a fox trying to lure people into easy money by starting their own Internet Business ("I made $2800 in just one week, working part time at home!" yeah, right.)
