Man, Hebe's was as long as Ripley's. Maybe a little longer. And broke off to where it is now. The main preventative thing to do for swimming is totally soak hair in fresh water before you get in -cap or no cap. If the hair is saturated, it takes on less of the chorine water. Same principle for skin -another reason to shower well before swimming. We're learning that big girls swimmers all do thie Malibu treatment thing -there's a version you can get to do at home, so we're going to try that. And now she's had her first professional cut, she's going to the salon from hereon in. I hope. It's nice that my kids trust me, but I have a very basic limited range of styles and teenage swimmer girl is not one of them.
