Thank you!!

Went to work, where everybody gets cake for their birthday.

Got into the office, completed shift report ... and I said ... "Hey, where's my cake?"

Cake?

Bossdude got it first ... is today your birthday?

I just nodded with a sad puppy face.

And then added ... I was up stupid early this morning to go to a meeting I go to once a month and they remembered it was my birthday ... actually it was the first order of business to wish me happy birthday, which was kind of cool.

We will fix this, says bossdude.

now for the interesting part.

Guilt may have made bossdude or his minion go to the Wegman's on the way to work ... yeah. okay. I'm not scheduled today.

So, the office may get two rounds of cake. You never know.

I will report back on Friday.
