i think i have a problem
I just noticed that i am in the top ten posters. and i've only been registered since october of 03. AND i pretty much took the first month off to lurk. 10.75 post per day average. geez.
i find myself thinking," hey, that's interesting, I wonder what the people on the cellar would think about that?" or "oh, that would make a great thread" I'd ask if i was obsessed, but i already know the answer. So, instead I'll ask, "Is this a BAD thing or a GOOD thing?"

"One and the same thing can at the same time be good, bad, and indifferent, e.g., music is good to the melancholy, bad to those who mourn, and neither good nor bad to the deaf."
Baruch Benedict de Spinoza Sorry. I'm honestly not big on quotes.

As long as it makes you happy and I'm not the EMS guy who has to come tote your bloated, dead, rotting, stinking carcass from your apartment when you die from not eating and not going to the bathroom because you wouldn't get up from the keyboard, who cares?

You're SICK. Sick, sick, sick.
I recommend a prolonged exposure to operas written & sung by chicks to cure you!

You know those psych experiments where a rat learns to press a bar for some minor stimulation?
You have 104 bars to press. Lucky you! |

I wouldn't call cellar minor stimulation. I think I was up around 7 posts a day at least at one point but that was a world away.

To put this into some small perspective, you are now the next person behind me *among active posters*. It took me just over 14 months to get here, so you make me look like a nonparticipant by comparison.

Ditto, lumberjim... You're well ahead of me and I've been here 19 months longer than you.
Maybe jinx needs to find more for you to do around the house.... |

I think I just have a low "will post reply" threshold than most. Maybe there's medication that would help. Like the opposite of sodium pentathol, whatever that would be. Would it make you clam up, and be real suspicious?

Did dave get deleted? All you guys are bearing down on me, but I'd like to drop a few places, so I don't have to feel like I don't have a life.

I think people tend to forget that trees are living creatures. They're sort of like dogs. Huge, quiet, motionless dogs, with bark instead of fur.
