Thats why they design different cars, theres no accounting for taste. Watched the ball game last night, it seems Subaru is slapping the goofy panels (ala avalanche) on one of their rigs. I like the idea of protecting the fenders etc... but their execution? After seeing everbodies pet ugly, I'm thinking Aztec gets the the award for cars presently in production.

This atrocity must surely have a place in automobile hell reserved for it...

Looks like an old East German-made Wartburg painted up to celebrate German reunification. Kinda spiffy. I like the picture of the Brandenburg Gate over the windshield, and the obsolete BRD and DDR vehicle IDs surmounted by the new, reunified "D". Lots of symbolism on that car, if you know where to look for it.

The Amphicar is ugly and sometimes it leaks but, generally, it floats better than a Suzuki.

I know a guy who had an Amphicar. When he lived in Boston he used to slip into the Charles to beat the traffic, very cool.

What's up with that? That's a lapse, people!

I'm suprised that no one has mentioned the SMART car. I especially like how the frame ("tridion safety cell" ????) prevents it from becoming "more compact." Hee hee. Not possible at all.
