Question

Does anybody know of a resource (online or dead-tree) that will help me do some simple TCP/IP and/or Winsock programming in Visual Basic? I already have a rudimentary knowledge, and would like to develop a peer-to-peer application which would take a user-input IP address and port, and connect to send small amounts of information (ie a network Rock, Paper, Scissors game). Any information on the subject would be greatly appreciated, as would any info on a distribution center/content server.

Thanks greatly
