Nov. 22, 2010: Mt Etna smoke ring

A source labels this "A Mount Etna smoke ring", but at first I was totally skeptical; wouldn't the conditions have to be kind of ideal to "blow" a smoke ring? A volcano couldn't do that could it? Doesn't the image look manufactured?

Well, I couldn't find any new information about Mt. Etna's smoke rings... but it turns out Etna has been blowing rings for quite some time.

Who knew?

Looks more like The Eye of Sauron blowing a smoke ring while he takes a break.

Totally. Awesome.

Etna's rings, not Laurie Anderson's. WTF was that, anyway?

If sheldon's ring is smoking, he probably should be using more lube.

note: actually I can't see this video right now from office, but I guess it's one of the low-res ones I already know.
