The TV channel hasn't been affiliated with Microsoft for a LONG time. Either way, though, i wouldn't expect MSNBC to go further left. Any further and they'd be a caricature - and I say that as an avid MSNBC fan. Fox is already ridiculous and a self-caricature - if MSNBC tried to go the same way they'd lose what credibility they have left. 's a good example of the false equivalence a lot of people draw between them, to me.
SOME people outside the audience still take MSNBC seriously. But yeah, I can't say I'm sorry to see Microsoft go.
