If there were ever a discussion that should have been murdered, it is this topic. This is the topic that caused so many to not hear about soldiers in Walter Reed lying on bare mattresses in pools of their own urine.

With Democrats in Congress it can now be investigated. The report details attempts to get it handled at the time, which were rebuffed.

They were not "rebuffed" by Congress. And if the wife of the Congressman witnessed such action and made no attempt other than flying down to the chiefs office then she is culpable and is partially responible.
