Listen, if you just have to get into the great outdoors, fresh air, and all that healthy stuff, at least learn how to have good sex in a tent.

#1. Manage Moisture
#2. Use Protection
#3. Reduce Odor
#4. Clean Up
#5. Leave No Trace
#6. Mind the Gap
#7. Set the Mood
#8. Start Cold

Nice. Didn't know about those 2 person sleeping bags. Two mummys zipped together kinda sucks.

turns out, we're going camping this weekend. week? be back thursday. We're going to the San Juans, a trip report will be made.

As for sex in a tent, it's great. Better than sex in a car, more room and the walls are not rigid. We have the book, which was fun too.

We also have a double sleeping bag. The picture at the site is a little misleading. The bags are "barrel shaped", so tapered, but not "mummy" style, and not just rectangular. The way they go together is each is unzipped fully, and then they're laid on top of each other, inside to inside, and then they zip to each other. The picture kinda makes it look like there's a seam dividing the two halves, left and right. There *is* a seam, of course, but it's the seam opposite the zipper on ONE sleeping bag. In that picture, what you see on top, is one whole bag. The little inside corners revealed are the *other* bag. Both have been unzipped fully, butterflied, if you will, and then zipped back together.

The two bags are not identical. One is a 30 degree bag, and the other is a 40 degree bag. That means when zipped together as a double, you (plural) can decide which bag you want on top, the lighter or heavier one. Also, obviously, as two individual bags, same applies, except the whole bag is the light/less light bag. I recommend it.

Well. I don't have one of those. But we did glamp this summer and took along a Goal Zero Yeti 150 (wtf is up with branding these days???!!!). This is goin on the the short list for car camping. If we're in a tent / hut with a place that has wifi, this makes the ten twenty essentials list. Highly recommended.
