I was reading a book which had a group of people in it called 'the fringe dwellers' which is where I got the idea for this thread.
The concept of the 'cool kids' is a fucking joke for those of you who don't seem to get it or can't get over yourselves. lol Plenty of other people seem to see the humour in it. If you take offense maybe you think you're a cool kid but don't want anyone to know you think you're cool or don't like what being a cool kid might imply. If you don't think there are cool kids, why would you care if someone says anything about it? Do you seriously think that anyone here is 'cool'?

In defense of Merc, I have to say he has been very kind to me over the last bit of a while and I have a lot of respect for him. I don't happen to agree with some of his ideas and find some of his crap posts incredibly annoying, but he's been a good person to me personally and that means a lot to me.
I still don't think he's hot though...or cool. lol I just think he's misunderstood.
