I dunno about Bri, but I'm pretty sure Shawnee gets her internet access at work, and it's summer break for them right now.

Hai guyz.

I'm alive and well. Actually, have been very busy at work and with my Cellar addiction I find that even coming in to lurk has gotten me into trouble. We don't close in the summer, though this summer they are reducing the week by closing campus on Fri/Sat/Sun in hopes of saving energy, and we do 4 10-hour days, which makes working extra hours to get stuff done difficult.

The week before last was Kid's College and I brought my niece so came in late and left early, using vacation time. Last week we were only in the office for 3 days (we had a retreat on Thursday) and this week we will only have 3 days in due to getting Thursday off as our 4th of July paid holiday day.

I'm trying to get really caught up here so maybe I can take some real time off soon; but as I just got word of a new scholarship program I'm sure I'm just dreaming.

Also, have a doc appt in the morning for a pain that I have now convinced myself is ovarian cancer (come on, the internet told me so) and my mind is not really on anything.

I've been thinking about you all and missing you. Hope you are all well. I did try to lurk one day last week and found myself wanting MORE MORE MORE Cellar!

Missing you.

Hi! I'm here, too. Just silent for now. I"m ok, though, thanks for thinking of me! I will finish radiation on tuesday and it looks like all I need to do for the rest of the summer is grow some hair! (I look like a Fuller brush right now)

See, now I can't stay away.

Glad to hear you are well, too, Bri. I bet you're the cutest Fuller Brush evah!

I wanted to add that whatever I have is probably nothing...maybe just a bladder infection or a cyst...looking back I sound like a Cassandra, but you know what our minds can do to us. Sorry to be an alarmist, just feeling a bit alone with my fear right now.

I know RK was banned.
I understand the reasons completely. He became like a cornered dog in the end, snapping and snarling at anyone that approached him.

But I do miss him.
So I figure that belongs in this thread.

Yeah, he's missable. It's a shame. Lord knows I've had more than my share of moments.

You know who I miss? ZenGum!

Zen, where are you? At least check in and tell us you're okey-dokey.

I believe rk requested deletion, like drax.

If you miss him, here's his channel at YouTube. It only takes two minutes to remind you of the level of self-absorption he achieved.

You could watch all 164 of his videos - some get as many as five views per day - or just watch one, because they are pretty much identical.

YouTube is the perfect outlet for the guy, because then he can give you a straight ten minutes of his opinion, without you annoying him by saying anything or asking questions.

If you search him on Google, you get 14K hits. He's currently active over on an atheist message board.

They can have him.

Oh stop it.
BitTorrent is a file sharing protocol. BitTorrent "pirates" are trading copyright protected media like music, or movies, over the net. The RIAA and whatever group represents the movie industry, have been trying to track down and prosecute these people as an example.
