I made Bitchin' Veggie Bagels yesterday. Been a while

Bagel
slice of apple 1/2"
slice of red onion 1/4"
thin sliced cukes, 3-4
schmear of cream cheese on both halves of the bagel
blop of medium salsa

it's damn fucken gud

There used to be a sandwich place near us that offered cream cheese and pastrami on toasted focaccia. It was freaking amazing. We went there all the time, and the guy kept letting us have cream cheese even after he had to take it off the official menu because it took too long to spread and slowed down the line. But then they went out of business.
