Had some leftover beans so I mixed it with chili. Had that for lunch and some for dinner. (There were lots. ) During the night meditation, I fell asleep and let out a I hope no one realized it was me.

Trying to decide whether to make chicken salad for lunch or wait and reheat the chicken I cooked last night for an actual dinner-seeming dinner.

I'll probably wait. And then lose interest in meal prep, and end up with chicken salad for dinner.

I'm not going to eat today.

I had a shame-spiral of a weekend.

I had a beef fajita burrito from a roach coach down the road from work today. there are a ton of them in that area of town and usually they are pretty good. i plan on sampling as many of them as i can within reach of my half hour lunch break. anyway on a scale of 1-10 the one i had today was an 8.5, needed better salsa.

I just made San Choy Bau for the first time and I have to say, it's pretty spectacular. For those of you who don't know, it's a pretty simple spicy ground pork mince served in lettuce ie, rolled up in iceberg lettuce (although I'm serving mine in baby cos leaves.

Anyway, I just wanted to say it's yummy.

It's actually for a party I'm having tomorrow arvo, but I am doing most of the prep work today, so I thought I'd have some of the spoils for lunch. You know...as a taste test type of thing?

Solarhippie was picking up her new Chevy Volt today. She was supposed to call me when the deal was done and drive down to show it off and have lunch at Panera. It's nearly 1400 and she hasn't called, so I'm guessing I should start checking what's in the fridge. I think I have some chicken salad.

I had leftover tomato, leftover steak bits, and an avocado, all dribbled with worcestershire sauce. It was fantastic.

A drug dealer pharmaceutical rep brought wraps, broc salad, chips, soda, and cookies. Good enough for me.
