Yes you can. People were not happy with the first round of bluetooth stereo headphones but they have apparently gotten better, according to Amazon reviews.

I have been using these stereo headphones with my droid for about a year and a half now ... they are awesome. At least 10 people at work have listened to them and went out and got a pair for themselves.

I picked up a pair of rechargeable bluetooth headphones on 1saleaday recently for $20 total with shipping. They sound great, but they are the open foam type not the closed cushioned earcup kind which cut off more background noise.

They are also on Ebay for $20 with free shipping
