I am from Texas, and here in South Texas there aren't that many "worth taking" pictures....I have a few pictures that i took near San Antonio ( i will post them later since I am not at home)...they are some wonderful pictures of the sunset behind the hills....they are awesome....

The ones that "plthijinx" posted are awesome pictures...thanks..

thanks on the pics. there is always something to take pictures of. good ones at that! i've only been doing this for a short period but it all has to do with your photogenic "eye". get creative, like early morning moister on a prickly pear cactus with a spider web. get the sun just right in the picture and you've got it......look at the small stuff. that's what i do anyway....

another thing you can do, qtpatootie14, is check out DPChallenge and get some pretty good ideas there to. not to mention, the pics there are extraordinary!
