indeed: i have no such power...but the mods do...if folks can't honor a strong request, then i'll ask the mods to intervene and move unwanted comments from the first thread to this one

i think it's quite a good move, creating two threads. Game threads can so easily get derailed. Granted this is only a two person game, but it won't be worth doing it if it is a free for all in the main thread. Given that we are all likely to comment and get involved in anything that goes on here, anticipating that need and providing a thread for it to maintain the two-person game seems a useful thing to do.
