Strawberry-rhubarb pie.

There were ginormous rhubarb plants in the backyard of the home I grew up in. Parents made our own rhubarb and strawberry-rhubarb pies; so, the sweet-tart balance was to taste (not too sweet).

Pecan pie comes in second.

Those little tiny blueberry pies from the WalMart deli.

Hot, with a big dollup a vanilla ice cream on top.

Now I gotta go to WalMart.

I like the dairy-based pies: coconut cream, banana cream, key lime... If I had to pick just one I guess I'd go with banana cream pie.

Ooh. Years ago in Tennessee, I had the pleasure of eating some homemade Chess pie. It was SO good.

But I still have to say that pecan pie is my favorite. Yum!!
