strikes me as possibly the best the way forward over transplants for the bone and shape issues -so important in making prople look as much as possible like their "old selves"

They've developed a spray on skin for burn recovery, using stem cells I believe, that is practically scar-free. 3-D print the scaffolding, import some musculature, and spray on some skin!
