Lunch was this toothsome semolina bread that a playgroup mom dropped off and some of our apple wood smoked thanksgiving turkey soup with root vegetables. and more semolina bread. That stuff is so delicious.

For dinner I made some venison tournedos, described in big fat butchering.

I can't believe you finished the apple crisp. I was saving that.

You have to be quicker than that when it's apple crisp ...

Seriously - applewood smoked thanksgiving turkey soup with root vegetables? You raise the bar too far! And venison tournedos. Not fair. Microwaved veggies and a Boca Burger aren't even in it - and no apple crisp left for a chaser ...

Boca Burger? That's from the food group of remorse.

No kidding. I feel remorse that I put it in my freezer, and even more that I took it out again.

Hahaha....I eat those stuff. Well, I prefer Morning Star products. Doesn't taste too bad if you cook it the "right" way -- fry it on medium heat so the outside would be nice and crunchy. Of course gotta sprinkle lots of crushed pepper flakes while it's being cooked so it'd be spicy. If you like the bean flavor, then you should microwave it.

Yellow rice and homemade chicken fingers that were coated in crushed plantain chips. Not bad!

Breakfast? Nothing.
Lunch? Nothing.
Tea? Nothing.

Sigh.

Someone has sandpapered my throat.
Breathing hurts, let alone scoffing.

Owww honey. That sucks.

I seem to have done nothing but eat the last few weeks. I think it's because of the cold weather...maybe I'm preparing to hibernate...

What is even more sucky is I am sneezing bloody froth.
That's not swearing. I sneeze a lot anyway and always try to catch it in a tissue but 98% of the time it's dry.

Now it's always wet. And red.

Normal cold/ flu symptoms don't play fair with existing conditions.
On my third top today.

Meh. Not the best post for a food thread, right?

Take care, Sundae, keep the fluids up.

The good fluids! I'm talking chicken soup, or at least flat lemonade.
