Who uses naps anymore?

I do. Naps are f£cking awesome. Being able to take a nap means that you've got things under control.

The town of Ador, in Spain's Valencia region, has made it mandatory. All business shuts down from 2 till 5, and children must be kept indoors and quite.

2-5??? That's 3 hours! That's a night's sleep, not a nap.

I don't do The Nap. Not a fan. A nap leaves me worse than I started.

I love a 20-25 minute nap, much more than that and I'm done for the day though.

Very not good. Driving while fatigued is as dangerous driving while drunk. Naps are good.
