Toddlers & Tiaras

WTF?
Just think if something like this was done to an animal. The public would be SCREAMING for action.
Heck a congressional investigation would already be underway and charges would probably have already been filed.

She should have her parent card revoked, tubes tied and then be taken out back and shot.

I haven't seen this particular episode, but I sometimes watch Toddlers and Tiaras when I'm too lazy to change the channel or there is nothing else on ... that clip should be classed as child abuse, though. I thought the awful badness ended at the level of spray tans and teased hair.

Oh man. that's just wrongness all over that.

I mainly watch for the insane parent parts, same reason I like Supernanny.

Aye. My daughters don't even have their ears pierced. When they get old enough and IF they want earrings, they can go for it. In fact, my 16yr old has her belly pierced, but not her ears...haha. Her choice though, I didn't inflict it on them.

I dunno.
I remember reacting that way to having a plaster taken off.
It hurts, but only for a few seconds.

I don't think it's necessary for a girl that age, but that's the life they are living together and how she will grow up perceiving herself - perfection in appearance is all. I know many women who believe that who were not raised within the Beauty Pageant lifestyle. They seem happy enough. Happier than me, any how.

I just don't get why little kids would need waxing. They hardly have any hair anyway.

If I popped a kid out that looked like that, I'd stick it back where it came from.

Some people do anything for attention nowadays. Those parents are just doing what they couldn't do when they were that age

Since I'd seen the Law and Order that's on at least a half-dozen times, I was flipping around and ... Toddlers & Tiaras is in Paragould, Arkansas. During the massive snow storm (2010) that I'm pretty sure we saw pictures of ...

Hmm. Just been watching a little of this, somehow I have more sympathy with these moms after a year of being a high school swim/water polo mom. Not a lot, but a little. I pay stupid amounts for clothing that's almost disposable, I have to deal with tantrums and a kid who just sometimes does not want to do that shit, but overall they still want to be in it to win it so I have to make them do that shit until they get their Mojo back..... admittedly my child is a teenager and mostly they're cool with doing what needs to be done. But tonight, I hate these parents a little less than normal.
