I have just had shiitake mushrooms baked in garlic infused olive oil, topped with breadcrumbs and low fat cheese. It was so good that I ate all the crumby bits from around the dish and now I have killer garlic breath. Lovely

LR, thanks. As I mentioned somewhere else, I didn't get too many pictures that I think would be of interest to the Cellar. Maybe I just need a few days distance and I'll re-review them.

I gained 10.4 pounds in the two weeks I was on vacation. I figured that I should be able to loose the same amount over the next two weeks - easy come, easy go, right?

But I'm already down by about six pounds, so it might take even less than that.

And I'm sure the other four pounds is pure muscle.

Nah, here back in my room after today's session...just cracked open a beer and turned on the tv. CABLE, mon dieu (sp?)

Today was national training, the real conference doesn't start until tomorrow...decided to hang out, drink, watch tv, relax, check out the cellar. Only thing is no smoking rooms.

can IT track if I look at porn on this laptop?

PS very hard to type on this thing, and not yet used to the touchpad mouse. After a few beers I won't care.

Outdoor pool. No hot tub. It's a Crowne Plaza in a corporate area so it's mostly for conferences and such, methinks.
