Not in my living memory. My mum used to wack us if she even thought we'd done it. That was enough to get me to the loo before, during and after any pool experiences.

Also, as a kid and now as an adult, most of the swimming I've done has been in natural water courses or the ocean, and everyone pees there.

We have recently bought a house with a pool though, so things could change now I guess. I'll keep you informed.
