What was the most recent movie you watched on TV?

And I'm talkin' straight-up over-the-air/cable/satellite TV, not watchin' movies via streaming or download services on TV.

Ok, now that I got that out of the way...

Real Steel on Encore east

Awesome!

"Return to Oz". Actually a decent amalgamation of the second two Oz books.

I was flipping around and landed on some old Chuck Norris movie where Chinese smugglers were bringing drugs and explosives into the US, and Chuck's friend, a cop turned out to be corrupt and working with the smugglers.

It was worse than it sounds, but fun to watch it because it was so bad.

Caught "Open Range" the other night. On Ion, I think.

Awesome flick.

I never saw any of Chuck's movies, so I don't which particular movie you mean, but maybe I can find out. Do you remember the name of the character Chuck played?

Visually spectacular enuf for me to see 10+ times, yet still not as good as the original.

Was going to post that I saw the british Death at a Funeral, but then realized this is about on air/satellite/cable and I saw it over Netflix. As someone who has no piped-in TV, never mind.

I also saw Real Steel. It felt very eighties, but with modern special effects.

I mean TV programming that's continuously on, like cable, satellite or on-air programming. You turn on the TV set and there it is, always on always there.

I just have broadband internet and get my TV shows and movies through services like Netflix and youtube.

On the weekends I get to pick the channel on the lobby TV at the rehab. This past weekend I went for BBCAmerica late Saturday Night because The Timey Wimey of Doctor Who special was on ... so it was still the active channel on Sunday, and I watched Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves.
