I was going to replicate myself, so one of me could do my homework, but that can wait until tomorrow.

I have homework too and a stomach virus and a headache.
If slacken was a noun that would be me.

I finally got round to doing the thing I've been putting off becuase I've been afraid that I'm so late starting it that it's too late so I keep putting it off thing.
(It may, of course, be too late .)

I moved a huge wood pile today. Something I have been putting off, mostly because I would hope my son would come home and move it. About 2000 pounds of wood we cut for next year. It is half done. Maybe he will come home from college next weekend and move the rest.
