I didn't realize this -=> was a bad thing. Do smilies mean nothing around here?

I'm getting the impression you chose this board for it's software rather than it's data?
I simply meant that other vBBs don't have that feature. I really don't care what software this board uses, although the randomly changing user title is pretty cool. I just wanted to try another general discussion board for a while.

Smileys work. We just don't interpret them all in the same way

And back to your regular programming (hope I didn't already post this one)

Good thought, but all through the maneuvers in this, and another clip, the rotor speed would have to be constant, with varying loads.

That said, you've come up with the only logical solution I've heard yet.

I think that the rotors can also change their pitch/angle to change lift, but I'm not a chopper jock so I don't know.
I'm also pretty sure that the front and rear rotors are mechanically engaged to each other, one won't turn without the other turning, they just turn at different rates.
Also, you can hear the engines running and changing speed with the maneuvers.
I *do* know that a helicopter's glide characteristics match those of a wet crow bar.
Hold it, is that Bob Hoover in the pilot's seat?

Not to get too political, but before Vietnam and Iraq demonstrated leadership in denial, before even Nassar, who thought he was winning right up until Sadat had to tell him the truth, there was Hitler, the King of Denial.

I don't think so. Maybe the Russians have figured out flying saucers. Here's another clip.
