Mariwa... Marija... Pot

Say what?
Quote:
A man "was apparently under the influence of marijuana when he called 911 and asked the telecommunicator for rolling papers," according to a statement from Waynesboro Police Department Sgt. Brian Edwards.
~snip~
Two Waynesboro Police Department officers arrived and found Head "sitting in a parked 2005 Chevrolet pick-up truck which had the strong odor of marijuana emanating from it," Edwards wrote. The vehicle was in the 1800 block of North Talbott Place. Officers found loose particles of leafy plant matter on the dashboard, passenger seat, and on Head's clothing. According to Edwards' statement, it was also found "in his right ear."
~snip~
He was cited for misdemeanor marijuana possession and released.
I can't hear you, I have marijuana in my ear, did you say they wrote him a citation and let him drive away?

Said the man that not 10 minutes before had just smoked a bowl of OG Kush. Just like now with a bowl of Blue Haze.

I was in Waynesboro. I was on my motorcycle though, so I know it wasn't me. There were some pretty seedy areas there. We just buzzed through those though.
