Holding my breath is the only thing that ever worked for me.
And sometimes it took its own sweet time to work too.

Oddly, visualisation made it more effective, once I knew exactly what was happening.

They left... and then came back. And now they're gone again, but I fully expect they'll be back at least once more before the night is through.

I woke up feeling normal today. I've blown my nose at least once, already. I think my temperature is probably between 98.5 and 98.7 degrees F. I'll have a sandwich for lunch, maybe that'll keep me on an even keel.
